Clifford grew up in the Binger and Gracemont area.  He graduated from Binger High School.
He worked as a police officer in Binger before working for Caddo County as a truck driver. He worked in District 3 for some years before transferring to District 1. He retired from the county after 20 years. Clifford worked as a security officer for the last 12 years at Sugar Creek Casino in Hinton.
Clifford loved to go fishing. He often worked puzzle books with Yvonne.
He was a Houston Astros fan and followed the Boston Celtics for years. Clifford loved movies. He spent a lot of time watching old Westerns, eating popcorn, and drinking Diet Dr. Pepper at home.
He enjoyed attending the Liberty Theater in Carnegie and having a “show dog.”
Clifford was always proud that he shared a birthday with his son Cory. He was a firefighter and first responder with the Lookeba-Sickles Volunteer Fire Department.
