Lawrence Edward Ryburn was born to Odis Ryburn and Velda Woolworth Ryburn. 
When Lawrence was 6 years old, the family moved from Iowa to Binger, settling three miles south of Binger. He attended Binger school until the family moved to the Woolworth farm east of town. He then attended Britton, a one-room country school with grades first through eighth. 
After 8th grade, he Returned to high school in Binger. He married Laquetta Baker of Anadarko, and one son, Ken Ryburn, was born to this union. 
During his working years, Lawrence did construction and concrete finishing work. He was the construction supervisor for the construction of Shepherd Mall in Oklahoma City in the early 1960s and spent many years finishing the concrete on the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport runways. 
In retirement, he moved back home to Binger, where he enjoyed many years with his family and friends. He also enjoyed spending time with his brother Don fishing. As his health declined, he moved into the Binger Nursing Home, where he was living at the time of his death. 
He was a loving and dedicated son, brother and friend. He used to say about everyone “They Love me”, and they did.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Ken Ryburn, and two brothers, Gerald Ryburn and Donald Ryburn. 
He is survived by one brother, Paul Ryburn of Yukon, two sisters, Garlene Anthony of Minco and Reatha Hill of Mustang, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
